The Association “Meditazione Profonda e Autoconoscenza” (Deep Meditation and Self-knowledge) was created in Italy in 2009 by a group of guides who have been trained according to the teachings of Mariano Ballester, s.j. The Association is no-profit and its purpose is to spread the practice of MPA through courses, workshops and meetings dealing with the human and spiritual improvement of individuals.
